Harvey Kenyon

WholeMind Foundation President

Harvey Kenyon is a Nurse Manager at the Department of Veterans Affairs and a dedicated mental health advocate. An Arizona native, Harvey brings over a decade of experience in nursing, with a focus on acute care, substance use recovery, and psychiatric support. His passion lies in helping individuals find a path to wellness through compassionate care and community connection. As Board President of the WholeMind Foundation, Harvey is committed to expanding access to emerging mental health treatments across Yavapai County and beyond.

Jasmine Baker

Board Member

Jasmine Baker is a Board-Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Registered Nurse and the co-founder of WholeMind Healing Pathways, a ketamine-assisted therapy clinic in Prescott, Arizona. A fourth-generation Arizonan, Jasmine brings over a decade of nursing experience in adolescent care, mental health, and veteran services, including several years in clinical leadership at the VA. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University and is a recipient of the national Jack Kent Cooke scholarship. Jasmine combines her professional expertise with lived experience as a trauma survivor, fueling her passion for increasing access to healing in the community that helped her recover.

Paul Neil

Board Member

Paul Neil is a Registered Nurse, mental health educator, and co-founder of WholeMind Healing Pathways. Born in Phoenix and raised in Saudi Arabia, Paul brings over a decade of experience in psychiatric care across inpatient, residential, and veteran settings. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University and his Master of Science in Nursing from American Sentinel University. Paul has served in both clinical and leadership roles, including as a nurse manager and educator at the Prescott VA. His passion for mental health advocacy is deeply personal, shaped by the loss of his brother to suicide and his own journey through PTSD and depression. Through the WholeMind Foundation, Paul is committed to expanding access to innovative, integrative healing for all.

Gary Cline

Board Member

Gary Cline is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in mental health care. A Prescott native, Gary began his nursing career after graduating from Yavapai College and went on to earn his advanced practice degree from Frontier University. He has served individuals across the lifespan and is currently focused on supporting the mental health of children and adolescents in northern Arizona. Gary brings deep clinical expertise, a commitment to compassionate care, and a lifelong dedication to serving his community through evidence-based and accessible mental health services.
